This blogger who attests to the people of Arizona avoiding eye contact on their way to their double-wide mobile homes just substantiates the East vs. West bashing. For your information, people in New England are no better than people from Arizona. Having lived here all my life, the 'unfriendly, eye-contact avoiding people', for the most part, moved to Arizona from somewhere else. If you don't like the people of Arizona, don't come to Arizona. When I visit other states, I don't put anyone down.
