		<description>Are you lactose intolerant?  Usu. cheese and yogurt are less problematic because the cultures eat up some of the lactose.  It would explain the stomach-ache-after-ice-cream thing, though.

I totally support your refusal to make cheese.  It sounds like a total pain in the butt to me.</description>
