Tomorrow night is the second dinner at the in Cummington, MA. Their first dinner, last weekend, sold out fast — we weren’t able to get a seat — and this weekend’s is already booked solid. You begin to understand why when you see the menu (I’ve reprinted it below). It’s all handmade and from local ingredients when they’re available. (Plus, it’s BYOB, which makes everyone feel like a gleeful, sneaky teenager — in a good way.)
Dan and I will be joining the wonderful Lodge proprietresses tomorrow afternoon to lend a hand in the preparations of tomorrow’s dinner. I hope to take pictures, so check back for an update here. In the meantime, the Remington Lodge’s has some shots from their inaugural dinner, and information on reservations and upcoming events.
